Testing must be done by competent people, following the relevant standard and the manufacturer's instructions. Our testers measure the load applied; they don't certify an anchor, fixing or installation.

Which kit do scaffolders use?
The t25 digital pull tester kit, in a shoulder bag, a padded bag or a heavy duty mini case, with four legs or three. Its brochure says it's for accurately testing safety eyebolts, scaffold ties and construction fixings up to 25 kN. For higher loads, the t60 reaches 60 kN.
What fits the tie anchor?
The magnetic tool adaptor jaw with a threaded washer (M6 to M16) for threaded ties, or a slotted washer for headed bolts. For larger threads, add a threaded adaptor.
How is each tie test recorded?
The t25 pairs over Bluetooth with Staht Connect, which records peak load, target load, pass or fail and the time, with photos and a map pin. The dashboard turns the tests into a report.
Where can I buy one?
From us, or from Leach's, which distributes the t25 to scaffolders across the UK. See where to buy. Or hire a t25 for a job.
